Physical Education
Our Physical Education curriculum develops students’ coordination and physical health through games, dance and well planned exercise programs. The lessons are conducted through all sorts of physical activities, aiming to improve students’ physical fitness. Students participate in competitions to enhance their sports skills to encourage them to become active participants in games and at the same time learn good sportsmanship and teamwork. As results, students can learn a variety of techniques which can boost their interest in sports, developing their real team spirit, building up their communication skills ad gaining positive values through various activities.
